Questions

Is it free?

Yes. The core features — keeping tickets, reminders and discovering what's on — are free.

Does Entract' sell tickets?

No. You always buy on the venue’s official site. Entract' simply takes you there.

Which cities?

Paris is available now. London, New York, Milan, Madrid and Vienna are next. Choose your city when you join the waitlist.

When is the iPhone app coming?

It’s in preparation. Join the waitlist for news; tickets and Paris events are already available on the web.

What about Android?

The native app is planned for iPhone first. There’s no Android app announced yet, but you can use the web service in your browser.

Which tickets work?

Forwarded emails, PDF tickets, Wallet passes (.pkpass) and photos. Details are read for you, then you check them before saving.

Can it read tickets already in Apple Wallet?

Not automatically: iOS doesn’t let Entract' read Apple Wallet. Import the .pkpass file from your email or the official site instead.
