What we store
For the web service, we store your email address, tickets (event, venue, date, seat, notes and code), ticket files, favourites (event IDs and date saved), reminder settings, personal ticket address and a log of forwarded emails (sender, subject, date and processing status). Gmail forwarding confirmations may include their code and link.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, display your tickets, read the details you import, and send reminders and service messages. Waitlist members receive an invitation in their language. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it.
Services involved
Lovable Cloud provides hosting and the database. Resend sends and receives emails, with receiving configured in a European region. Inngest runs background processing. Documents and text needed to read tickets are sent to OpenAI through Lovable’s AI gateway. These providers process the data needed for their work; a European email region does not mean every other processing operation stays in the European Union.
How long we keep data
Your profile, tickets and files are kept until you delete them. Deleted tickets are marked for synchronization and remain exportable until account deletion. Our database does not store the body or HTML of forwarded emails: these are retrieved temporarily during processing and are not saved. Sender, subject and processing results stay in your history until account deletion. External services may retain their own logs or copies under their policies; account deletion does not immediately erase their backups.
Your rights
You can view, correct and delete tickets in the service, export your data and delete your account in Settings. To request access, correction, export or deletion, email contact@entract.app. You may also complain to the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr), if you believe your rights have not been respected.
Security and preferences
Tickets and files are private and accessible to their signed-in owner. Export file links expire after 24 hours: keep your export confidential. Your browser remembers your language and session; we do not add advertising tracking. Account data is processed to provide the service; joining the waitlist is voluntary and you may withdraw by email.
